CEAA Invites Public Comments on Prince Rupert Gas Transmission Project

Another opportunity for local residents to offer up comments on a major Northwest project has arrived, as the Canadian Environmental Assessment Agency outlines the procedure for public comments for the start of the Prince Rupert Gas Transmission Project process.

The advisory issued on June 3rd calls for comments on the proposed natural gas pipeline that will bring natural gas from the Hudson's Hope area of British Columbia to a proposed LNG Terminal on Lelu Island.

The public participation phase of this initial process will come to an end on June 24th, 2013 the final date when comments can be submitted to the CEAA.
