Terrace RCMP seek public's assistance in locating missing man

The Terrace detachment of the RCMP is requesting the assistance of the public in locating a man last heard from on November 4th.

Terrace RCMP issued the Missing Notice this afternoon, seeking the whereabouts of Arnold Oakes.

He is described as a 59 year old male, five feet, seven inches and 165 pounds. He has red/grey hair, freckles and a birth mark on one shoulder.

The RCMP advise that there is the possibility that Mr. Oakes is driving a black 1995 GMC Truck with the BC Licence plate DX8109.
