CityWest in the midst of a survey of customers on services offered

Northwest residents who subscribe to some of the services offered by CityWest are being invited by the Prince Rupert based communications company to take a survey to rate their efforts in the community.

The short online Q & A session is designed to gain feedback on how to better serve the community when it comes to Internet, TV and phone services.

The five minute survey runs until the end of this week and as an incentive to take part, CityWest will be donating 2 dollars to Hope Air for every survey completed.

The majority of the questions are based on your willingness to recommend the range of CityWest services to your friends and colleagues, with the main focus provided towards their Internet, Television and phone service in communities across the northwest.
