It's all systems GO for the Midway this weekend in Prince Rupert

The Midway is ready and waiting as West Coast Amusements makes their annual
stop at the Parking Lot of the Jim Ciccone Civic Centre

The thrills and sounds of the midway will soon be echoing around the Civic Centre area, as West Coast Amusements opens up for business and three days of Carnival set to take us through to Sunday evening.

The annual visit from the travelling amusement group saw the first of the trucks pulling into town on Wednesday morning and almost immediately carnival workers took to their tasks of converting the parking lot at the Jim Ciccone Civic Centre turned into the North Coast midway, with rides and attractions to be found for all ages.

The Carnival opens up at 3 PM this afternoon and runs until Midnight.

Saturday the midway will be open for twelve hours, from Noon to Midnight, while Sunday it opens for business at Noon until the tear down begins just before the dinner hour.

Coupons can be found in the Northern View.

For those that want to ride all day Wristbands are available for Forty Dollars for Friday and Saturday, a Sunday wristband goes for 35.

After Prince Rupert, the troupe move on to the Hazeltons and a May 9th set up at Wilson Field in Hazelton.
