Seafest 2017

Residents and visitors to the North Coast can now start to map out their 2017 Seafest plans with the release of the Schedule of Events for the three day festival that starts Friday.

The Prince Rupert Special Events Society which watches over the delivery of the Seafest celebrations has posted this years schedule to their website and Facebook page, providing the comprehensive guide to events and where to find them.

Music, Sports events, skills competition, the Parade, Sailpast and Fireworks make up just a few of the things to take in during the 2017 Prince Rupert Seafest Celebrations from June 9-11.

Celebrating Canada 150  is the theme for this year's event, the thirty ninth edition of the Community Festival that takes over the downtown core on Saturday and put the focus on the waterfront on Sunday.
