Expect delays on travels to and from Terrace as rock slide reduces traffic to one lane
A small rock slide on Highway 16 near Rainbow pass temporarily closed the highway on Wednesday morning, though shortly after the incident the flow of traffic resumed with alternating traffic rules in effect.
