Schedules/Rosters in Place for All Native Tournament



With less than two weeks to go until the tip off for the Annual All Native Basketball Tournament at the Russell Gamble Gym, the ANBT organizing committee has published the official schedule and rosters for this years event.

There are four Divisions in place for the February 11th/12th tip offs for the 59th edition of the Prince Rupert showcase, with play set for the Masters, Women's, Senior Men and Intermediate Divisions.

The Ladies put the tournament in motion on Sunday afternoon February 11th with the first two teams on the court from Vancouver and Massett.

Six days of fast paced action will follow with the Women's Division Finals set for Saturday February 17th at 1PM.

The Masters provide for the start of play on Monday the 12th with two games at  9:30 AM, as Hazelton takes on Port Simpson and Prince Rupert Advantage P &D face Kitamaat in the Division Ice Breakers.

The path to the finals will come to an end on Saturday the 17th at 2:30 PM.

The youngest of the legs on the court will see action on the afternoon of the 12th as the Intermediate Division goes into action, with Hazelton and New Aiyansh showcasing the first of division play at 11 AM.

The teams work their way through the week to the 6 PM spot on Championship Saturday February 17th.

The Senior Men's Division get their time in the spotlight at 1 PM on February 12th as Massett and Hazelton get the opening spot in the Russell Gamble Gymnasium.

The much anticipated week of high level ball will take the final two teams into the Prime Time Spotlight of 7:30 on Saturday night the 17th.

That social media portal also features the latest updates as tournament week gets closer and offers up ticket information for those that wish to purchase passes or individual tickets as the tournament moves forward.

The Opening Ceremonies for the 59th All Native Tournament take place Sunday, February 11th at 8 PM. Tickets are available at the All Native Tournament offices at 259 - 3rd Avenue West across from CityWest.
