It do...So... why are we backing out of the program? It doesn't seem to make sense, especially considering the fact that the province would be picking up 60% of the tab. The region has worked for ten years trying to get this service in place, and to torpedo it just as it is about to go into place is disappointing. How will the "Made in Rupert" approach be better for the whole region? What is the made in Rupert approach even? Why didn't this get explored earlier in the consultation process?<br /><br />If I'm any other community along the highway,I would be disappointed with the cities decision. Anonymousnoreply@blogger.com
