Medical related ones, work for their employment outside of their civic duties, personal reasons and such. When it comes to travel related for civic matters however, Council should really provide for an archive on the website that tracks and updates any civic related travel that the Council members and senior staff take. As well as to provide for a listing of the expenses incurred during those visits, rather than the line item notes of a financial statement each month that are never are explained and what seems to be the approach taken here.
