Time marches backwards one hour tonight

The old adage, spring forward, fall back gets a workout this evening as we switch from Daylight Savings Time to Standard time in the overnight period.
A reminder to set your clocks back one hour when you retire this evening, allowing you one extra hour of sleep, providing your internal body clock is inclined to go along with the plan.
The practice of making the change of time twice a year makes for a lively discussion, from both professionals and those of us that have to get used to the new cycle.
The added bonus of living in Northern BC being that regardless of the time on a clock, the night seems to arrive earlier and earlier and sunrise comes later and later, with each passing day.
Enjoy your extra hour of slumber, Time steals it back in the spring...
