Those looking to take advantage of the recycling Centre on Kaien Road will want to make note of the change in their schedule for the Holiday period with four days of closure ahead between Christmas Even and New Year's Day.
The Recycling Centre will be in operation from 8:30 to 4:30 PM on December 24th.
Closed on December 25 and 26
Open again from 10 AM to 2 PM on the 27th
Closed on the 28th
Working regular hours of 8:30 AM to 4:30 PM from the 29th-31st
Closed January 1st and returning to Regular Hours on January 2nd.
And while the Recycling Centre does have its twenty four hour/seven day a week outdoor option available, North Coast residents might want to consider helping to reduce the load on that limited collection area, by making their trip to the Centre during its operational hours over the holidays.
As well as the Recycling Centre operations, the Skeena-Queen Charlotte Regional District offices on 3rd Avenue West will be working on Holiday hours as well.
The office will be Closed from December 25 to January 4th, reopening for regular hours on January 5th.
