BC Ferries cancels Thursday's Northern Expedition sailing

Adverse weather conditions continue to make mischief with the BC Ferries schedule.

This morning, BC Ferries issued a service notice at 8:20, advising that it was cancelling this mornings sailing of the Northern Expedition. 

The vessel was scheduled to depart the Prince Rupert Terminal at 10 AM, with a return trip to the city from Skidegate planned for 10 PM tonight.

The Northern Expedition held in port in Skidegate on Tuesday owing to weather concerns, it eventually sailed for Prince Rupert last evening.
