The current Pacific front delivering a windy and wet day for the coastal areas of the North Coast appears to be providing for a higher level of concern for inland areas of the region.
With Environment Canada issuing a Rainfall Warning for Terrace, Kitimat and Stewart. With
projections of over 100 mm of precipitation before it has passed through the region later this weekend.
Particular attention is directed to travel on local highways, where water pooling and flash floods may post concerns.
