Our weekly review of the listings of the local real estate agents, tracking those properties which appear to be driving the local price structure for the North Coast.
Every Monday, we look over the listing prices of the past seven days and outline the Top 10 asking prices in the area, providing a snap shot as to where the Real Estate market may be trending on a week to week basis.
The listings below are purely for information purposes, for further background on the properties recorded, see our links page for access to the individual real estate listings.

Our list of the top ten priced homes for the week ending July 26 is below:
Prince Rupert Real Estate West Side July 26 2015 |
Prince Rupert Real Estate East Side July 26 2015 |
Three new entries make their way into our review of ten for the week, a sudden burst of added listings for the summer viewing season.
The east side of the city returns to the placements with two new entries from the last seven days, as two new locations in the Prince Rupert Boulevard area break the west's grip on the listings of the last few months.
And while the eastern part of the city begins to percolate once again, the line west of McBride Street is still where you will find the majority of the city's top end listings from the last seven days.
The high end overall continues to be marked by a Graham Avenue entry, with the Silversides Drive property notching the tenth position.
