It's that time again, our twice a year ritual of exploring the rooms of our homes and adjusting all of those time pieces that don't do the work for us, a project which is getting less user intensives as smart electronics take over our lives.
However, for those that rely on the old ways of the clock on the wall, a watch or an electronic item that is a little advanced in age, tonight is the night we get some exercise.
The Spring time warp means we lose an hour of sleep this weekend, with clocks to be moved ahead by ONE HOUR prior to your retiring for the night.
We like most areas of the country are now heading into Daylight Saving Time on Sunday, a process that will leave many of us a bit drowsy for the next few days as our bodies adjust to the new time regimen.
You can circle the first Sunday of November on your calendars for the next time you will have to think about time and the need to keep up with the neighbours, we move our clocks back the hour and get this lost hour of sleep back later in the fall.
