For the remainder of the properties, the asking prices remained unchanged over the course of the week, while the bottom end of our list now marked to the 469,900 dollar mark.
The east-west split for properties for Sale this week with remains the same, as the West side of the City is still slightly ahead of the east side, with 6 listings found west of McBride, while four are east of the city's line of geographic division.
