The shift of properties makes for a slight change to the composition of the list, with six of the ten properties now coming from west of the McBride Street divide, leaving the east side to host four listings for the week.
The pricing structure however remains constant from last week, with the lower range is set at a value of $429,000, while our top end from the last week remains pegged at $829,000.
