Rainmaker Girls head for Northwest Zones this weekend
Not all the high tempo basketball will be taking place at the Civic Centre this weekend, for the Charles Hays Rainmakers Junior and Senior Girls, the prospect of advancing to provincial tournaments is on the agenda as they head into their regional zones weekend.
The Junior Girls are off to Smithers for two days of Zones competition starting today.

The Senior Girls Rainmakers are playing host to their Zones showdown with games today and tomorrow at the CHSS Gymnasium

The Senior Boys have the weekend off, with one more week of practice part of their routine in the lead up the Senior Zones hosted by Charles Hays next weekend.
The Junior Boys Rainmakers clinched their Northwest title last weekend, head coach Kevin Sawka will be putting the finishing touches to the blue print and preparing the team for the Provincials over the next few days.
The Rainmakers head south next week as the highly anticipated tournament gets underway at the Langley Events Centre from February 25 to 28.
