Prince Rupert City Hall is receiving applications for Casual employment opportunities with Public Works |
After a slow month of job opportunities in January, the City of Prince Rupert has picked up the pace of employment seeking as we move towards mid February.
The latest opportunity for residents to explore is in the city's Public Works Department where a Casual Employment position has just been posted to the City's Jobs listings, where relief work and short term work may lead to Full Time employment with the city's unionized work force.

Applications are to be directed to Tanya Ostrom, the Operations Manager for the City of Prince Rupert. The deadline for submissions is February 20th.
The position marks the second job opportunity with the City this week, with the Recreation Department having previously posted their own help wanted posting for the Aquatic Centre.
The City owned Communication company CityWest is also in a hiring mood, having posted a couple of job opportunities in recent weeks.
