The annual Harley Riders tour of the city for the Salvation Army will take place on Saturday, September 22nd, with Prince Rupert's motorcycle enthusiasts on Harley's and other iron steeds taking to the streets starting at 1PM.
The Riders leave from the Salvation Army as part of Poker Run through the area, with the entry fee set at twenty dollars for the event.
The Toy Run Dance and Poker Run events festivities will continue on Saturday evening at the Seal Cove Neighbourhood Pub starting at 8 PM. Entry to that event comes with a donation at the door of a one new toy or non-perishable foods.
Door Prizes, 50/50 tickets and the commemorative shirt sale all take place as part of the Saturday evening event.
This years run marks the 37th annual journey around the region for the riders. Last year the Prince Rupert Harley Riders and Chances Casino donated 10,000 dollars and close to 300 toys, clothing and other items to the Salvation Army.
