The Holiday season means that transportation options around the region see a bit of a change with reduced transits around the North Coast and for Metlakatla the ferry service is about to head towards a reduced schedule for the next two weeks.
Starting Saturday the marine link between Metlakatla and Prince Rupert will be shifting to a holiday schedule through to January 5th.
