Northern Health Survey seeks feedback on Child and Youth Mental Health and Substance use challenges
You can help provide some guidance for Northern Health when it comes to finding ways to improve on the care and health outcomes for children and youth with mental health and/or substance use concerns in Northern BC.
The Health Agency for the region has put together a very short survey for residents to provide input on, identifying the areas where organizations can work together to improve services and supports for youth and families.
The survey is anonymous if you wish, and is three questions in duration.
The first to provide an indication where you live by community
The second offers a check list of terms that may apply to your experience and other factors
The final question allows for some comments on the challenges as well as barriers or opportunities that you see to improve the care and wellness for children and youth.
You can access the survey here.
The end of the survey does offer the opportunity to provide an email address if you wish to participate in the next stage of the engagement project.
The launch of project came on July 6th through the Northern Health social media feeds.
