Prince Rupert Library's summer programs underway
A summer of reading is ahead for the youth of Prince Rupert, as the city's Sixth Street West library hosts a number of programs to help expand horizons until the return to school in September.
The Library is hosting three levels of programs as part of their Imagine the Possibilities Summer Reading club, with opportunities available for those who have finished Kindergarten, finished Grades 1 to 3, or Finished Grades 4 to 6.
The first day of the Summer Reading program was yesterday and it continues through until August 16th.
The Library also offers a Do It Yourself Summer Reading Club Kit, to allow participants to take to at their own pace, something that will be of interest for those who may be going away for a period of the summer.
You can drop into the Library and register at the Front Desk or give them a call at 250-627-1345
