Northern Health reinforces themes for Physical Distancing
What you need to know about Physical Distancing is the theme of a new information campaign from Northern Health, with the regional health authority providing for a helpful chart to give you a pretty good idea as to what activities are allowed and which ones you should give as wide a berth to as possible.
Posted to the local Prince Rupert Northern Health Facebook Page, the guidance on Physical Distancing Now offers three categories to take note of, Safe to Do, Use Caution and Avoid.
Since their local Prince Rupert and area Facebook portal was launched it has made for a reliable relay of important information related to the province's COVID-19 response.
Among some of the recent themes, has been nutrition advice during these challenging times when our normal routines have been pretty well abandoned, the online forum has also offered up notes on changes to how local medical practitioners deliver their services to their patients, as well as how to talk to your children about COVID-19.
You can explore the full overview of their themes here.
