The top end price point dropped below the 700,000 dollar this past week, leaving us with a new property atop the list of ten residential properties for sale in Prince Rupert.

The east side of the city has claimed a bit more of that real estate from the list of ten, with four properties now found east of the McBride street mark.

Though the roster on the West side continues to dominate the listings on the week, with six homes still holding their placement to the west McBride.

The ask prices for the ten properties shifted as well, with the combined value of  $6 5,721,900 now the benchmark in the city.

The lowest mark for the list of ten remains set at  $589,000, while our top end from the last week features a new price point dropping to  $699,000
