Let's go to the video Rampage Fans ...
Yesterday we made note that Prince Rupert Rampage games won't be a frequent attraction for CityWest Community Television, which has stepped back from its broadcast/streaming program of the past, though noting how the potential for playoff broadcasts towards the new year is still a possibility.
However, that doesn't mean that fans of the local CIHL squad (or the players themselves) won't have some video to review throughout the 2019-20 campaign.
That as a new video project has just launched through a YouTube portal which is set to feature video replays of the Rampage home games through the season.
The labour of love is hosted by long time Rampage fan Mike Sidhu, who is helped this year by Lorne Dyck and Paul Cox, broadcasting from the booth high above the Jim Ciccone Civic Centre Arena.
Word of super fan Sidhu's project was shared by the Rampage earlier this week.
The first instalment of the season long project was posted two days ago, featuring last Saturday's Rampage home opener against Smithers.
And Mr. Sidhu was in fine poetic form for the season opener with some of his familiar broadcast style making for the colour of the night!
"Jeremy Boot a fan favourite here at the Jim Ciccone Civic Centre Arena. Boot puts the biscuit in the basket and slams the lid on the casket"
You can see those goals you may have missed while at the concession stand, or just relive the game from the video below:
