BC Ferries delays sailing for Haida Gwaii until Tuesday morning

Passengers are on hold in Prince Rupert as BC Ferries delays their
sailing of the Northern Expedition until Tuesday AM

With some nasty weather arriving in Hecate Strait today and continuing overnight, BC Ferries was once again proactive in their sailing plans, delaying the 10 PM Monday sailing for Haida Gwaii until Tuesday morning.

The revised schedule will see the Northern Expedition depart Fairview at 11 AM on Tuesday, with arrival in Skidegate at 6PM. The turn around finds the vessel departing at 10 PM and arriving back in Prince Rupert at 5 AM Wednesday.
