The first Council session for June for the District of Port Edward take place tonight, with the District's Councillors looking at a varied agenda of items on the To Do List.
Among some of the notes a review of some correspondences from the UBCM, Ministry of Municipal Affairs and North Coast Community Services Society.
District officials will also receive reports from the Chief Administrative Officer on the annual release of the Statement of Financial Information for the year, as well as some background on a proposed Sale of a Residential lot in the community.
An update on the the plans for the annual UBCM Convention and meetings will also be relayed at this evenings Session.
The evening will wrap up with Final Adoption for the District's Official Community Plan Bylaw and its Zoning Bylaw.
The Council session starts at 7PM, it's preceded by a Closed Session at 6.
