Local Health Authority COVID review by region for February 13 --19 |
The ebb and flow of COVID results saw some impressive reductions in totals for two of the largest communities of the Northwest, though the improving trend was tempered somewhat by increases in four other areas.
Terrace while still hosting the highest count for the region saw close to a fifty percent drop from last week now, the Skeena Valley community now listed at 58 for the reporting period of February 13-19.
Prince Rupert continued to see declines dropping to 40 for this reporting week, while Smithers also saw a sharp drop in cases now down to 15 for the reporting period.

Prince Rupert -- 40 cases
Central Coast -- 17 cases
Snow Country-Stikine- Telegraph Creek -- 13 cases
