Real Estate Tracker: Week ending April 24th

The Prince Rupert real estate market showed an increase in new properties for view in the week weeks since our last report,  the top of that list still featuring three million dollar or near million dollar plus homes now listed in the city.

Two of them found in the Edwards Avenue area, the other the traditional boulevard of Prince Rupert's million dollar chalets on Graham Avenue.

The distribution of our list of ten has six homes for sale on the West side, and four on the East side.
