Planning is almost complete, for one of the North Coast's more popular culinary events, with the North Pacific Cannery Historical Site in Port Edward putting tickets on sale now for its 2015 Dinner Series.
The annual event which features the epicurean talents of Chef Adrienne Johnston is featuring a mid summer dining experience for Friday July 24th and Saturday July 25th.
Each evening's session will take place from 5:30 to 8:30 PM and includes a three course meal, wine tasting and local entertainment, all of which will be enjoyed with the Historical backdrop of the Cannery site providing for the dining atmosphere.
Some snippets of what to expect as part of the Dinner Series can be found on the Photo stream for the Historical site, which features a number of photos of past events.
Those dinner sessions have proven to be very popular social engagements for the region and tickets tend to go fairly fast, the cost for the Dinner series is 80 dollars per person, with reservations now being accepted at (250) 628-3538
And reservations may also be advised considering the recent burst of exposure that the Port Edward site received through the BC Tourism Instagram feed.
North Pacific was listed among some of British Columbia tourism's destinations featured over the weekend, with a photo of one of the North Pacific exhibits posted to the Destination BC portal.
The item found quite a bit of attention with over 2800 likes recorded in the 48 hours since it first appeared.
You can learn more about the Dining Series from this event page from North Pacific.
