Our weekly review of the listings of the local real estate agents, tracking those properties which appear to be driving the local price structure for the North Coast.
Every Monday, we look over the listing prices of the past seven days and outline the Top 10 asking prices in the area, providing a snap shot as to where the Real Estate market may be trending on a week to week basis.
The listings below are purely for information purposes, for further background on the properties recorded, see our links page for access to the individual real estate listings.

While there continues to be some movement of properties in the middle range of housing options on the North Coast, there were no changes to the top end listings over the last seven days.
The high end remains marked by a property on Van Arsdol which claims the top position, with a property listing on Alpine once again holding down the final spot of our ten for the week.
As for pricing, the asking prices remained unchanged over the course of the week, while the bottom end of our list holds at the 459,500 dollar mark once again.
As for the geography of the market this week, the west side of the city dominates once again this week, with seven of the ten listings found west of McBride, the majority of those in the Graham Avenue area of the city.
