AltaGas plans two sessions in late January for the two First Nation communities, the first an Information Session set for Monday February 26th from 2 until 4 at the Crest Hotel.
Interviews for the Operator Training Program will take place on Tuesday, February 27th once again at the Crest Hotel, running from Noon until 8 PM.
The interviews for the February 27th session will be scheduled as part of the Monday 26th session.

The training program is looking for 14 motivated individuals who have a strong desire to learn and to secure future employment at the Export Facility.
Successful applicants will be hired for a temporary six-month paid term that will run from June 2018 to December 2018.
The Training programs will be based out of Prince Rupert and Terrace and will take place at the campus locations for Northwest Community College, with in class technical support provided.
You can learn more about the background to the Training program and required qualifications for application to it from the AltaGas website, the link to the training program can be found here.
So far there is no notice posted to the AltaGas website to indicate if a General Application call will be issued by the company.
As we outlined on the blog in December, the pace of construction for the facility has picked up significantly in recent months, with the final pour for the giant storage tank on sit completed late in 2017.
Alta Gas anticipated the first shipment out of the facility to take place in the first quarter of 2019.
