Prince Rupert RCMP are seeking the help of the public related to a hit and run incident on the city's west side |
A motor vehicle incident in the early hours of September 14th has the RCMP detachment in Prince Rupert reaching out the public for assistance as they seek more information into a hit and run on the residential street.
In an information release issued today, the Mounties provide some background into the incident which took place at just after 3 AM on the 14th
The owner's woke up on September 14 and observed their vehicles had been damaged sometime over night in the 1700 block of Atlin Ave.
Through investigation police obtained video surveillance of a blue 4 door sedan that struck the parked vehicles at 3:10 AM on September 14, 2021.
Included in their information release is a still shot from the surveillance video with members of the detachment hoping that someone in the community may be able to identify the suspect vehicle.
