Prince Rupert's National Aboriginal Day program features much to take in

A snap shot of the 2019 National Aboriginal Day celebrations
at Rotary Waterfront Park

Tomorrow's National Aboriginal Day in Prince Rupert offers up a full day of activities, still set for the Prince Rupert waterfront, though some approaching weather may make for a change in that venue if it arrives in full force for the event timeline.

On the program for day which starts at Noon Hour is a range of dance groups and musical entertainment to keep the festivities carrying on through to the 8 PM conclusion.

Also part of the days observance will be a ceremony to honour Residential School Survivors, those who did not make it home as well as Indigenous War Veterans through the years.

As has been the case in previous years, there is a back up plan in mind, should the elements set the planning on to a new venue.
