One new addition to the roster for the East Side of the city marks some movement for our list of ten for this week

Three of the listings, currently top the count in the million dollar plus mark this week, with another not far off that pace. The remainder of the week's listings are in the $800 - 900 thousand dollar mark.

The distribution of our list of ten features a even split from East and West of the McBride Street divide.
