Nisga'a Lisims Government announces New Chief Executive Officer

The Search for new CEO for the Nisga'a Lisims Government did not take long to conduct and they didn't have too look too far to secure one either. 

Last week the Nisga'a Leadership announced that Andrew D. Robinson, Hapdii Laxha had been named to the CEO post as of October 10th.

He had previously served as Industry Relations Manager with the NLG, as well as past experience over two decades in Administration both in the Nass Valley and elsewhere.

The search began in mid September when the former CEO Jason Majore departed from the Nisga'a Executive Branch, CFO Terry Holt served in the post in the interim period until the announcement of last week.

As of note from the Nass Valley, the Nisga'a Nation has called for a sitting of the Wilp Si'ayuukhl Nisga'a for October 26 and 28 at the Legislative Chamber at Gitlaxt'aamiks.
