One new listing has broken into the upper rankings of our review, as another Graham Avenue area property enters the marketplace this week.
As it has been for a few weeks now, we find that the West Side of the city hosting the bulk of the listings with eight of the homes listed at over 440,000 dollars among the ten.
The high end continuing to go to a property on Van Arsdol, overlooking Fairview.
The east side of the city counts two locations for the week.
