The lineup remains much the same, but there was one change of note for this week's review, with a price reductions to be found on our listings, a shaving of close to 75,000 dollars off the total value for the list of ten.
The revisions to the listings brings the total value for the top ten in Prince Rupert to now sit at just over $6,260,000.
The geographical spread however remains the same for another seven days, with six homes now on the list from the west side, while four homes are found from the east.
The lowest mark for the list of ten rises a touch at $575,000, while our top end from the last week now remains at the price point of $749,000
