Blog Watching Week Ending November 10,2013


For your Sunday review, this weeks recap of the top five items viewed over the course of the last seven days.

This week, a planned protest in Prince Rupert, Nathan Cullen's pipeline concerns and some municipal news proved to be the items that attracted the most attention for the seven days just passed.

The top item of the week:

Prince Rupert Port Authority to be target of local protest on November 16th  proved to be our most popular item of the last seven days, with residents of the North Coast looking to learn more about the protest planned for next weekend (posted November 8)

That top item was followed by:

Nathan Cullen angry over BC/Alberta Pipeline Agreement, the MP for Skeena-Bulkley Valley was quick with his review this week over the agreement between the Premier's of Alberta and BC to continue on with discussions on proposed pipeline development, his thoughts on the topic found an interested audience through our post this week (posted November 6)

With little money to spend, Prince Rupert fares well in CFIB municipal survey, posted to the blog on November 5th,  the review of a CFIB business survey captured a fair amount of interest over the last few days  (posted November 5)

By-election backdrop, our archive of recent developments in the Prince Rupert City Council by-election campaign made the top five, with readers seemingly looking for a bit of background on those seeking office next Saturday (posted November 7)

Frontier Apostles the focus of Vancouver Sun Article,  Perhaps spurred on by recent developments in the John Furlong case, our review from December on the Frontier apostle program of Northern BC received a fascinating spike in interest this week (posted December 2, 2012)
