Wind Warning Issued for North Coast
It might seem rather obvious, considering how the morning has gone, but Environment Canada made it official at 10:30 this morning, issuing a Wind Warning for the North Coast.
With an approaching frontal system intensifying as it makes landfall, rain and wind will remain with us through until Wednesday.
The warning calls for Southeast winds from 80 to 100 km/h tonight, persisting until early Wednesday morning.
As we outlined on the blog earlier today, BC Ferries postponed their sailing of the Northern Adventure until Wednesday, weather dependent.
You can find updated weather condition reports from the Environment Canada website
