Some returning properties to the listings have helped to boost the total value of our top ten listings for this week, with the west side of the city regaining its dominance on the real estate scene in Prince Rupert.
At the midway point of September, Prince Rupert's realty map of the high end listings now features eight properties on the west side of the McBride Street line for this week, with two located towards the east.
The return of some of the high profile properties of the west side, makes for a significant jump in value for the top ten, with the new benchmark for this week back above the six million dollar point, set at $6,149,000.
The lowest mark for the list of ten is set at $588,000, while our top end from the last week features a new price point of $674,000
