Real Estate Tracker: Week ending July 26, 2020

The top end listing of the last few months takes a sabbatical from the review this week, a move which brings the total volume of our list of ten down from one week ago.

The list is marked once again by a number of listings overlooking the harbour on Graham making for a good portion of the list of showcase homes in the community.

Every Monday, we look over the listing prices of the week just passed and outline the Top 10 asking prices in the area, providing a snap shot as to where the Real Estate market may be trending on a week-to-week basis.

One high end property replaces another from Graham Avenue atop our listings of the week,

And while the east side of the city now has a few more high end properties of note,  the majority of our list is on the west side of the McBride street divide, with a large sample of those found in the Graham/Atlin pocket.

The total value of the list of ten now sits at just under the 6.5 million dollar mark,  a drop from the values of last week.

The lowest mark for the list of ten  sits  at $549,000 while our top end from the last week now is marked  at the price point of  $955,000
