Regional District's Recycling Advisory Committee seeking members
Those living on the North Coast with a passion for Recycling can join in on the evolution of recycling policies in the region, with Regional District now accepting applications for an opening on their Recycling Advisory Committee.
The position is an appointment for someone to represent a local environmental or recycling group, or a member residing in the Mainland Solid Waste Service Area.
The Committee consists of 7 appointees in total, with 2 members provided by the City of Prince Rupert, 1 from the District of Port Edward, 1 from the Directors of the North Coast Electoral Area.
Three members are appointed from among the First Nations Community of the North Coast, local environmental or recycling groups and residents living on the Mainland side of the Regional District area.

The deadline to submit your name for consideration is this Thursday, February 20th at 4P M.
You can drop off your application at the Regional District offices at 14-342 3rd Avenue West in Prince Rupert or by email at corporateofficer@ncrdbc.com
