Real Estate Tracker: Week ending February 23 2020

A new entry, bringing the Bill Murray Drive area back into the spotlight made for an increase in total value for Prince Rupert residential property for the week.

The properties to the west of McBride, continue to dominate the weekly review, the pocket of Atlin/Graham and Alpine host for the bulk of the entries.

Every Monday, we look over the listing prices of the week just passed and outline the Top 10 asking prices in the area, providing a snap shot as to where the Real Estate market may be trending on a week-to-week basis.

The West side continues to feature the largest number of the top end housing stock in the city, with six of the Ten found on our list located in a cluster around the Graham/Atlin/Alpine area. A new listing also was delivered from the Bill Murray Drive area on the waterfront.

The east side of the city is left with two property listings among the ten top end listings for the week, the top end of the east side homes found on Raven Crescent.

The total value of the list of ten remains at just over the 6.6 million mark this week, making for much of the same territory as in previous weeks.

The lowest mark for the list of ten  sits  at  $509,900, while our top end from the last week remains marked  at the price point of  $1,350,000
