A fairly familiar picture comes from the listings of the last seven days, as we once again find that the West Side of the city hosting five homes on the list, the high end going to Van Arsdol, overlooking Fairview.

The east is home to four spot, including the 10th spot for this week which checks in at the $389,500 mark, belonging to a location on 7th Avenue East.

There is one property from Port Edward among the top 10 prices in the region this week.

Sixth earthquake of weekend rumbles along fault line off of Bella Bella, registering at 4.3 Sunday night

Shortly before 11 PM on Sunday, the sixth moderate earthquake of the weekend rumbled along what has suddenly become a fairly active fault line off the coast of Bella Bella.

The 4.3 magnitude temblor was recorded by the USGS at 10:52, located 186 km SW of Bella Bella, and 369 km South of Prince Rupert.

The depth of the Sunday evening quake was 13.6 kilometres.

As we outlined earlier Sunday morning, the area has been struck by what seems to be a swarm of quakes all around the 4.0 to 4.9 range in the last 48 hours.

As in the previous quakes, No Tsunami Warning was generated by the latest seismic event.

More temblors overnight off of Bella Bella

The fault line between Vancouver Island and Haida Gwaii appears to be having an active period, with three more earthquakes recorded off of Bella Bella in the overnight period, they follow two from Saturday.

As we outlined on the blog yesterday, two temblors of 4.3 and 4.7 magnitude were recorded yesterday, this morning three of similar strength were noted by the USGS.

The first was recorded at 4.9 magnitude at 1:40 AM, located 208 km SW of Bella Bella, 372 km South of Prince Rupert.

The second of the day so far, was recorded at 2:19 AM, rated as a 4.0 magnitude,190 km SW of Bella Bella, 362 km South of Prince Rupert.

The third also shortly after 2:45 AM, was a 4.5 magnitude quake, located 193 km SW of Bella Bella, 365 km South of Prince Rupert.

No Tsunami Warnings were generated by any of the temblors of the last 24 hours.
