One new entry marks our list to bring July to an end, with a property on the east side of town making its way to the list of ten for the week just completed.
The change to the roster means our lower range shifts upward for the week to the $439,000 value, while our top end remains at $575,000.
The balance of properties shifts for the week as well, with six properties noted on the west side of the city and four properties now listed from east of the city's McBride Street dividing line.
