City cracks open the job application window
While many municipal governments scale back on their employment plans as they assess the impact of COVID-19 on civic treasuries, some continue to fill positions, with the City of Prince Rupert among those posting Help Wanted advisories
Last week the City posted a System Analyst position, looking for a team player to work in a diverse environment. Among the duties client support for City staff on new software and City systems, client support to the RCMP detachment, as well as responsibility for the City Council media and Council meeting broadcasts.
The deadline for applications is June 30th, with Antonio Vera, the Deputy Corporate Administrator the contact person at City Hall.
Also still open on the City's Help Wanted listings, is an Engineering Technologist position, which will remain open until it is filled.
