Third Avenue West Work means traffic diversions in place today downtown

A one block section of Third Avenue West is the subject of some
infrastructure work today, with a traffic advisory in place for the area

Prince Rupert City Works crews were out bright and early on this sunny Tuesday morning, as they closed off the travel lane east bound on Third Avenue to allow for more work on civic infrastructure.

As a result, westbound traffic is being redirected at the corner of First Street and Third Avenue West. Eastbound traffic is continuing by use of the westbound lane between 1st and Second Street

The road is expected to be closed for the rest of the day.
