Some significant changes this week for our list of ten with a new west side listing and the return of a million dollar plus listing after a sabbatical for part of the summer.
Not surprisingly, the newest entries on the list are marked once again by a number of listings overlooking the harbour on Graham, making for a good portion of the showcase homes in the community.
Every Monday, we look over the listing prices of the week just passed and outline the Top 10 asking prices in the area, providing a snap shot as to where the Real Estate market may be trending on a week-to-week basis.

The majority of our list is marked by nine properties is on the west side of the McBride street divide, with a large sample of those found in the Graham/Atlin pocket, with this weeks rearrangement of the top end of the listings, there is now only one property on the east side as part of this weeks review.
The total value of the list of ten now sits at just over the 7.5 million dollar mark, a significant jump from the value recorded last week.
The lowest mark for the list of ten sits at $570,000 while our top end from the last week now is marked at the price point of $1,290,000
